Started practicing
breathing techniques, and learned about
ancestral ways of living life, and the
holistic approach to
eating. With the assistance of those practices, I was able to have my
“rite of passage” and become the person who deep down I knew I was.
Calm, stress-free, and balanced.
And along the journey over my 20 years of self-mastery, the ups and downs, I decided to help others get through the "change" I went through.
